Here are my entries for somein30! I decided to do extra hard mode because I thought it'd be fun to transform the images! ^^

I was only able to finish 6 icons although I planned to do at least 8. T-T

Original Caps:

The first image is self-explanatory, I think! ^^ The second cap of Margaret is from when she is going to her mother's funeral. I guess the third cap might look somber originally, but Margaret is really tired after a long day of housework (they only have one servant, and the house they're in is not like the parsonage they used to live at). In the fourth cap, Margaret is surprised because someone called while she was in the middle of housework. In the fifth cap, Emma is incredulous because Harriet is okay with Robert Martin's proposal and does her best to convince Harriet otherwise. In the final cap, Emma is shocked because Harriet believes that she (Harriet) is in love with Mr. Knightley, and Emma begins to realize that she (Emma) is in love with Mr. Knightley.

Oohh I'm so glad someone chose extra hard mode! Do you have links to the original images so we could all see the difference?

These are really lovely anyway, I especially love the coloring an composition and also the fun animation in 5, as well as the intriguing use of texture and dark negative space on 2. 1 is really pretty as well, great vibrant coloring!

Wow, extra hard mode? You brave soul!
Love the composition and vibrant coloring of 1, the background works very well with the subject's pensive look.
I also like 2, the black negative space and overall simplicity of the icon together with the painted blindfold make the icon look really ominous!

I love this set <3 So beautiful :) 1 has stunning contrast and the coloring. I adore 2; spectacular contrast/the lighting/the crop. I love the fact that her eyes are lined over! 4 and 6 is magnificent coloring/contrast :)
