As I had mentioned earlier, I've been working on some textures and some bases. I have several sets made already, but I've been saving them for....

A resource advent calendar! ^^ I wanted to do something special for any members and watchers (or really anyone who is still making icons on LJ). I tried doing something similar (12 Days of Christmas) at my old resource committee light_meetsdark, but I ended up not finishing it because I was so busy. Since I've been working on a bunch of things this time, I think I'll be able to make it all the way to Christmas!

Resource Advent Calendar: Day 1

I was inspired by this post at satine_violet. One of my favorite texture-makers invited new and current texture-makers to a texture battle. I was looking through my textures and came across the pictures we used for the battle. I decided to try "remixing" the images to make some new textures because I didn't really like how my old set turned out (if you want to check them out, you can find them here at light_meetsdark).

This first texture remix is inspired by the images submitted by absolutelybatty.



-No hotlinking, please! It helps with my bandwidth.
-Comments are lovely! I like knowing what you think!
-Credit is nice but not necessary.
-Please don't claim as your own.
-Keep comments and userpics G-rated, please.
