This month's inspiration from monthlyinspo was so inspiring! I remember doing the chocolate's theme (two years ago, I think) and really enjoying the process. This time was no different. I went for more of the colors than anything.

These look great! I really like the composition on 1, 2 and 10. Also coloring on 5 and 16 is lovely :)

Lovely set. Was wondering, what programs do you use for your animation?

I use Photoshop, but I have used GIMP in the past for my animated icons.

Ah, lucky. I have GIMP 2.10.28, but can't seem to figure it or animation out at all.

Yeah, it can be hard to get used to. I started out with GIMP and then tried PSP and Photoshop, so it wasn't so bad. The key to animation in GIMP is merging and arranging the layers.

I don't know if it will help much, but I do have a few tutorials on how to do simple animations: #1 | #2 | #3.

Probably the second tutorial will be the most helpful since I included some screenshots of the layer palette. I think there are some LJ communities that have tutorials for GIMP, but unfortunately between Photobucket and TinyPic, most of the images are unavailable. T-T
